“So here’s a bit of Hall family history. One of my heros in the law was/is Atticus Finch from Harper Lee’s book. And Atticus’ son was Jem or Jeremy Finch. I always loved the name Jem and when it came time to name our last child I landed on Jeremy and I call him Jem. What’s really cool is that I got a first edition copy of To Kill a Mocking Bird signed by Harper Lee which I gave to Jem on his 9th bday. Kinda cool because every once in a while he wants me to take all the protective wrapping so he can see the signature. He seems to cherish that book as much or more than I do. The name Jem also had the double meaning of being a precious gem stone which is very apropos for the relationship he and I share. Such a great boy like all my sons. Btw yes if I we were going to have girl we would have named her Scout.” ~Daniel Hall

This was my husband’s Father’s Day gift.
He’s a journalism major and more than just loved it. It’s hanging in his den. Exactly as in picture and
description.
Thank you
